I. To apply for cancellation of registration of individual industrial and commercial households, the following documents shall be submitted:
1. Application for cancellation of registration of individual industrial and commercial households signed by the applicant;
2. The original and all copies of the business license of individual industrial and commercial households;

Second, the cancellation process:
1. Settle taxes in national tax and local tax respectively, turn in unused invoices, and apply for suspension of business.

Article 9 After examining the application materials according to law, the registration authority shall handle it in accordance with the following provisions:
(1) If the application materials are complete and conform to the statutory form, it shall be registered on the spot; If the application materials are incomplete or do not conform to the statutory form, the applicant shall be informed of all the contents that need to be corrected on the spot;
(2) If it is necessary to verify the substantive contents of the application materials, it shall be verified according to law, and a decision on whether to register shall be made within 15 days from the date of accepting the application;
