4. The proportion of scientific and technical personnel engaged in R&D and related technological innovation activities in the enterprise in the total number of employees in that year shall not be less than 10%. (The number of people in the previous year of the reporting year shall prevail. For example, if the reporting is high in 2020, the proportion of people in 20 19 shall prevail. )
5. The proportion of the total R&D expenses of the enterprise in the last three fiscal years (if the actual operating period is less than three years, it is calculated according to the actual operating time) to the total sales revenue in the same period meets the following requirements:
The annual sales income is less than 50 million yuan, and the proportion is not less than 5%; Last year, the sales revenue was 50 million yuan to 200 million yuan (inclusive), accounting for no less than 4%; Enterprises with sales income of more than 200 million yuan in the previous year accounted for no less than 3%; Among them, the total amount of research and development expenses incurred by enterprises in China shall not be less than 60% of the total amount of research and development expenses.
