3. You need to find the function of "Base Adjustment" in the left menu bar of "Online Business Processing System for Corporate Provident Fund", and click "Batch Base Adjustment" to enter the business.
4. In the business interface of batch base adjustment, you need to select base adjustment, and click Query to view the payment ratio, salary base, monthly contribution of provident fund and other information of the company and employees before adjustment.
5. You need to click "File Download" in the "Batch Base Adjustment" interface to download the housing provident fund base adjustment form to your local computer.
6. You need to fill in the salary base and deposit ratio of new employees in the adjustment table of housing provident fund base, and then save the file.
7. You need to click "Import File" in the "Batch Base Adjustment" interface to import the completed "Housing Provident Fund Base Adjustment Form" into the provident fund system.
8. You need to check whether the data is correct in the interface of Batch Base Adjustment business. If there is an error, it can be deleted or modified.
9. Click "Business Submission" after confirmation, and the adjustment information will take effect after submission.
