Introduction of Pan-Haiying Expressway?

Panhaiying Expressway (Panjin-Haicheng-Yingkou) is an expressway connecting Panjin, Haicheng and Yingkou, and connecting Beijing-Shenyang Expressway and Shenyang-Dalian Expressway in Liaodong Peninsula. Pan-Haiying Expressway was completed and opened to traffic on August 23rd, 2002. The whole design is a two-way four-lane Y-shape, with Haicheng and Yingkou of Shenyang-Dalian Expressway and Panjin No.1 exit of Beijing-Shenyang Expressway. The expressway distance from Dalian and Anshan to Beijing has been greatly shortened.
