Luzhou District was established on June 20 18 1 1. It is the political, economic, cultural, scientific and technological, information, financial and transportation center of Changzhi City. The total area is 380.6 square kilometers and the total population is 860,000. It now administers 12 streets, 5 towns, 1 township and 1 tourism development management center.
