The Regulations on Household Registration in People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that:
Article 5 Household registration shall be based on households. The person who lives with the supervisor is a household and the supervisor is the head of the household. An independent family, with me in charge. Households living in institutions, organizations, schools, enterprises, institutions and public dormitories * * * set up separate households or separate accounts. The head of household is responsible for reporting household registration in accordance with the provisions of these regulations.
Collective accounts, residents who do not have the conditions to open a separate account for the time being, or residents who do not go through the formalities for opening a separate account for the time being, have their household registration relationship linked to the resident accounts on the collective accounts.
The head of the collective account is the unit, which is the location of the unit. Resident account is the best identification besides ID card. Collective accounts don't count. Collective hukou is valid only if you are still an employee of the unit. Once the contract is terminated, the household registration needs to be moved, and the collective household registration cannot be paid by individuals, but the resident household registration can be paid by individuals. If a child's parents are registered in a collective household when he enters school, the child will not be considered a student if he does not enjoy compulsory education in his region.
The first page of the account is a piece of paper, which mainly aims at the collective account and explains who the head of the collective account is. If it is a collective account, in principle, when handling marriage registration, visas and other businesses, you need to show the home page of the collective account and the page of the individual account. If you really don't have a home page, you can take your ID card to the local police station to issue a household registration certificate.
When recruiting a group of college graduates, the general employer needs to apply for a collective account. Generally, one of them is chosen as the head of the household, and the others are all under the same collective account. Among them, the home page needs to indicate who is under the account and the relationship between the person and the head of the household. Therefore, the front page of a collective account mainly reflects important information such as the number of people under the account, the name of the head of household, the relationship between the people and the head of household. Therefore, when dealing with affairs that require books, it is generally necessary to show the first page of the books. In view of the fact that some provinces have started the household registration reform, they no longer provide the home page of collective households, but update the personal page format of collective households. Compared with the personal pages of household registration in other places, the information is more complete, indicating the name of the collective head of household and the relationship with the head of household, which can completely replace the information content contained in the traditional household registration home page.
For example, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other places have adopted this method and no longer provide household registration certificates. In Beijing, Shanxi and other provinces, when moving, getting married and buying a house loan, they still need to provide the first page of the household registration book. The disunity of local policies has caused people to waste a lot of manpower, material resources, financial resources and time in the process of handling formalities.
