According to the reply of Jining Veterans Affairs Bureau, we know that the relevant documents of the state, province and city have not been received about whether there is a relocation plan for Jining Martyrs Cemetery.
Jining Martyrs Cemetery, located on the north side of Taibai East Road, Central District, Jining City, Shandong Province, faces south. The foundation stone was laid in 1946, and was built in 1950 in February, covering an area of 16.7 mu, with a built-in memorial hall and a wall around it. The park is lush with pine and cypress, flowers and trees, and 36 1 revolutionary martyrs are buried. The memorial hall preserves the relics of some martyrs, and it is the physical data reflecting the history of the people's revolutionary struggle in Jining.
Jining Martyrs Cemetery is a material carrier to record the history of countless Chinese sons and daughters' unremitting struggle to achieve revolutionary victory, national prosperity and people's happiness, and an immortal monument to carry forward martyrs' patriotism, collectivism, internationalism, heroism and spirit.
