Article 5 The procedures for certified auditors and certified appraisers are:

Article 6 Auditors and assessors applying for national registration shall meet the following conditions:

(2) Having a college degree or above and a technical title at or above the intermediate level;
(3) Having been trained by a certification training institution recognized by the state and obtained a certificate of conformity;
(four) engaged in certification, quality supervision, quality management or product inspection management for more than three years, and has the work practice of quality system audit or laboratory evaluation;
(five) with strong organizational management and comprehensive evaluation ability, can solve practical problems in the audit or evaluation work;

Article 7 The rights of certified auditors and certified appraisers:
(1) Being employed by a certification body or an accreditation body and being able to undertake the audit and accreditation tasks within the scope of registration;
(2) Being employed by a nationally recognized certification training institution and being able to undertake relevant business training and teaching tasks;
(three) employed by certification consulting institutions, can undertake relevant certification consulting business.
Article 8 Obligations of auditors and appraisers registered by the state:
(a) in strict accordance with the relevant certification laws, regulations and rules for review;

Article 9 The employing institution has the right to supervise the national registered auditors and assessors it employs. Article 10 The National Registration Committee shall supervise and administer the certified auditors and certified appraisers. Those who fail to perform the obligations listed in Article 8, or are proved unsuitable to undertake the audit and evaluation work, shall be reported to the State Bureau of Technical Supervision for approval after deliberation by the State Registration Committee, and their registration qualifications shall be suspended or revoked, and their registration certificates shall be withdrawn.
Article 11 The registration certificates of certified auditors and certified appraisers shall be valid for three years. During the validity period of the registration certificate, the national registered auditor shall conduct at least five effective quality system audits; National registered assessors should carry out at least two effective laboratory assessment activities.
Within three months before the expiration of the certificate, you should apply to the National Registration Committee for re-confirmation and replacement procedures.
Article 12 Foreigners may apply to the National Registration Committee (CRBA) for registration. Specific measures shall be formulated by the National Registration Committee (CR-BA) in accordance with these measures.
