4.2 Refund principle

Article 5 Application for membership

(5) For the application for studying abroad entrusted by the client, the trustee shall obtain the acceptance notice of the application for studying abroad from the client before. Article 6 Apply for a visa
(1) The trustee guides the client to prepare the visa application, and assists the client to handle the visa or entry approval documents.

Article 7 Others
(1) When the agent collects the intermediary service fee of the client, it shall issue a valid invoice for the client.
(2) If the trustee applies for admission and visa service for the client, the fee charged shall be indicated in the intermediary service fee in Article 3 of this contract.
(3) The trustee shall issue a valid invoice or receipt stamped with the special seal for enterprise finance to the client for fees other than intermediary service fees, and change the receipt into a valid invoice before the termination of this contract.
(4) If the trustee pays the registration fee, tuition and miscellaneous fees and other fees to the overseas institution on behalf of the client, the trustee shall provide the client with supporting documents that meet the requirements of the charging method.
(5) The trustee is obliged to keep all the information provided by the client confidential. Except for the purpose of customers applying for entry and visa, they shall not disclose it to unrelated third parties.
Third, the obligations of the client.

Article 9 The contents of all documents, materials and statements sent by the trustor to the trustee shall be legal, true and effective.
Article 10 The client shall, within days from the date of signing this contract, submit to the trustee all the materials required for applying for admission to the park according to the requirements of the trustee.
Eleventh in the process of applying for studying abroad, if the policy of studying abroad, visa policy or the admission requirements of the applicant for studying abroad change, the client shall provide supplementary materials in time according to the new requirements.
Article 12 In the process of applying for studying abroad, if the client asks for an interview at the Chinese embassy (consulate), the client shall attend the interview as required.
Fourth, the liability for breach of contract
Article 13 The trustee and the principal shall perform all the terms of the contract, and the breaching party shall bear the corresponding liabilities for breach of contract.
Article 14 If the agent violates the terms of the contract and the contract cannot be fulfilled, the agent shall refund the intermediary service fee of RMB (in words) to the client, and be responsible for recovering (or paying in advance) the tuition and miscellaneous fees previously paid by the client to the application institution for studying abroad.
Article 15 If the agent provides false documents and materials to the client for the purpose of cost contract, it shall not only refund the intermediary service fee in full, but also pay RMB% of the intermediary service fee to the client as liquidated damages.
Article 16 If the trustee fails to handle the letter of admission to study abroad institutions for the client within the agreed time, the client has the right to terminate the contract, but it shall notify the trustee in time, and the trustee shall bear the liability for breach of contract according to the provisions of Article 14 of this contract. If the client requests to continue the performance, the trustee shall be responsible for applying for the admission notice of the study abroad institution for the client before, and pay the client RMB (in words)-yuan as liquidated damages for delayed performance.
Article 17 If the client provides false documents and materials to the trustee to achieve the purpose of the contract, so that the contract cannot be performed, the trustee will not refund the intermediary service fee paid by the client.
Article 18 If this contract cannot be performed due to the illegal behavior of the client, the agent will not refund the intermediary service fee paid by the client.
Article 19 If the client requests to terminate the contract for his own reasons, he shall take the following measures:
(1) The client has provided the application materials for admission to the trustee, but the trustee has not sent the materials to the foreign party. If the client requests to terminate the contract, the agent will deduct the intermediary service fee of RMB (in words).

(5) According to the cooperation agreement between the two universities, the courses taken by Party B are mutually recognized by the two universities.

2. Other management
(1) According to the cooperation agreement with France, Party B will study in France for three years. (4) Party B shall return to school on time after the expiration of the study period sent to school, and shall not postpone or transfer to other countries or regions without authorization. Fourth, about the cost.
