Chongqing Nan 'an District Library is a comprehensive municipal public library established by Nan 'an District Government. Founded in 1984, it moved into the new museum and officially opened on June 5438+00, 2003, serving the people of the whole region. The new Nan 'an District Library is located in the bustling center with convenient transportation and dense population. Located on the second, fourth and fifth floors of the South Bank Cultural and Art Center of Nan 'an District Government Square, with a total area of 4,000 square meters. At present, there are 17 staff, more than 200,000 books and more than 600 reading seats. Its function distribution: there is a children's parent-child reading activity hall on the second floor; Borrowing library and classic reading library for primary and secondary school students; On the fourth floor, there is a bibliography retrieval center, a newspaper reading hall, a book lending hall and an audio-visual material lending hall. On the fifth floor, there is the South Bank Sub-center of the National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project, the digital library, the local literature retrieval center and the multi-functional lecture hall.
