How to query drug data?

Broadly speaking, adverse drug reactions are harmful reactions caused by drug quality problems or improper drug use, including side effects, toxic effects, after-effects reactions, allergic reactions, specific reactions, double infections caused by anti-infective drugs, dependence, carcinogenicity, teratogenicity and mutagenicity. Some of these reasons are the problems of the drug itself, and some are the possibility of clinical usage and dosage.

With the increase of drug types, the probability of adverse drug reactions increases. Relatively speaking, almost all drugs will produce adverse reactions, but the degree and probability of reactions are different. In short, there are many drugs, different medication methods, different personal constitutions and different adverse drug reactions. Let's see where the data of adverse drug reactions can be found.
