Generally, the shelf life of sponge cake is less than 8 hours at normal temperature and about 3 days at 1-5℃.

The shelf life of heavy oil cake at room temperature is no more than 3 days. The shelf life of fresh cream cake in summer is less than 2 hours at room temperature and less than 72 hours at 1-5℃.

The shelf life of cakes can reach 48 hours in general low temperature environment.
