(A) colleges and universities online login, query enrollment plan
1, music, art undergraduate admission in advance. A, music and art colleges (majors) are admitted in advance. From June 30th to July 4th, I inquired about the list of the first volunteer candidates in our district and the examination results of cultural courses through the Internet. Our district will no longer notify the affiliated institutions in writing of candidates' volunteers and cultural course results. Art colleges and universities all implement online admission.
2. Colleges and universities must start the terminal system of colleges and universities 24 hours before the first voluntary reporting in this batch, and pass the security system certification with the digital certificate issued by the Ministry of Education. After passing the authentication, use the user name and password issued by our district to log in to the server designated by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Education Admissions Examination Center through the WAN to inquire about our enrollment plan. After checking the enrollment plan, if there is any adjustment, colleges and universities must use the 20 10 college enrollment plan adjustment system of the Ministry of Education before the first batch of volunteers (or submit written adjustment opinions by fax first, and then go through relevant procedures) 13 (follow-up volunteers are agreed according to the filing time).
Proportion of colleges and universities submitting archives
Before filling in the volunteers for the first time in this batch, all enrollment institutions must fax their opinions on the enrollment ratio of our school: before July 1 1, before July 18: 00, before July 17, before July 18: 00, and on July 24th. When colleges and universities that fail to provide the filing proportion within the specified time fill in their volunteers online, they will announce them to candidates according to the filing proportion of 105%, and file according to 105% when they file for the first time. Follow-up voluntary filing is based on the remaining plan 1: 1.
Provide candidates' filing information and electronic files.
According to the number or proportion of files put forward by colleges and universities, the relevant personnel responsible for file filing provide the colleges and universities with file filing information and candidates' electronic files according to the notice of candidates' electronic files.
Colleges and universities audit candidates' electronic files to ensure that pre-enrolled colleges and universities log in to the server of the Autonomous Region Education Admissions Examination Center through the network within the specified time and download the electronic files of their candidates. After receiving the candidates' information and electronic files, the admission institution shall carefully examine them and admit them according to the relevant regulations and the enrollment regulations published by the school. When enrolling new students, colleges and universities should treat all volunteer candidates seriously, not only respecting the first choice of candidates, but also not discriminating against non-first choice candidates; When the candidates' moral, intellectual and physical abilities, the total score of the college entrance examination and related subjects are roughly the same, they may not withdraw the first volunteer candidates and ask for admission of non-first volunteer candidates; When the same batch of candidates with the first choice above the admission control score is insufficient, they may not refuse to admit non-first choice candidates. When determining the pre-admission list, if there are no special provisions in the school enrollment regulations, the enrollment institutions should adhere to the principle of high scores to low scores in the order of voluntariness; Before the previous volunteer is admitted to the admission institution, the latter volunteer will not be filed; Once the latter volunteers file, they can't quit the previous volunteer candidates. The admission institution shall arrange majors for the candidates to be admitted, enter the reason code (attachment 1) for the candidates who have not been admitted, and upload it to the server of the Autonomous Region Education Admissions Examination Center through the network within the specified time.
Review the list of pre-admitted candidates uploaded by colleges and universities.
The auditor is responsible for checking the pre-admission list of each admissions institution. If the reasons for the withdrawal are not explained, the enrollment school shall be required to indicate the reasons. If the reason for withdrawing files is unreasonable, it is necessary to negotiate with universities in order to reach an agreement. If negotiation fails, reconsideration may be conducted (see Annex II for reconsideration). In order to ensure the progress of admission, the admissions institution should settle the files in time according to the specified time. The first volunteer must file within 24 hours, and other volunteers must file within 4-8 hours. After filing according to the voluntary order, colleges and universities with insufficient enrollment plans should also withdraw the files of candidates who do not meet the admission conditions in time and submit them to auditors for review to ensure the normal turnover of files. (six) print and mail the enrollment roster and the admission notice in duplicate. The liaison officer is responsible for printing and reviewing, and then submitting it to the relevant personnel in charge of enrollment plan management for review. Finally, after completing the examination and signing procedures, the special seal for admission will be stamped, and the Autonomous Region Education Admissions Examination Center will designate a special person to mail one of them to the relevant colleges and universities by express mail. After receiving the enrollment roster, the admission notice is printed by the college software and stamped with the school seal, and then sent directly to the admitted candidates by postal express mail. (7) Confirmation of admission results
After receiving the letter of admission, freshmen must log in to inner mongolia admissions Examination Information Network to check the admission results.
