Law is a normative system formulated or recognized by the state and guaranteed by the state's coercive force, which reflects the will of the ruling class determined by specific material living conditions.
Law is the embodiment of the will of the ruling class and the ruling tool of the country. In different places, the legal system will explain people's legal rights and obligations in different ways. One way to distinguish it is to divide it into two types: European legal system and Anglo-American legal system.
