Dongguan County: There was Dongguan County in the Western Han Dynasty, which is located in Yishui, Shandong Province. At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty and the early years of Jian 'an (Bingzi, AD 196), Chengyang County was divided into Langya County and Qi County, located in the northeast of Yishui County, Shandong Province, and led eight counties. In the first year of Taishi (Yiyou, AD 265), Emperor Wu of Jin was renamed Dongguan County, located in the southeast of Jinling (now Changzhou, Jiangsu), and was deposed by the Southern Qi Dynasty in the Southern and Northern Dynasties. At that time, it was affiliated to Linqu, Yishui, Mengyang, Yiyuan and Juxian in Shandong Province. Today, the organizational system of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province was established in the Tang Dynasty, and the word "Dongguan" in later generations refers to Dongguan along the coast of Guangdong Province.

In the Song Dynasty, it was changed to Fengfu, which is now Tai 'an City, Shandong Province. In the 14th year (A.D. 1 136), the Tai 'an Army moved, and later changed to Zhou. During the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty (A.D. 1723 ~ 1735), Tai 'an House was established, and counties such as Dongping and Feicheng belonged to Tai 'an House. "Tai 'an" comes from the phrase "Mount Tai is safe in the world", which means "peaceful country and peaceful people". Tai 'an is a famous historical and cultural city, which formed a prosperous Dawenkou culture more than 5,000 years ago. During the Republic of China, the abandoned government was a county.
