RMB corporate demand deposit accounts with normal status for 12 months and no receipt and payment activities (except interest settlement and batch charging transactions) will be included in the long-term fixed account management. When going through the formalities of closing the fixed account of RMB unit, you should issue a certificate to the legal person bank that you legally have the right to control the account. Please consult the company bank for the specific cancellation procedures.
