1, general situation of structural engineering
This project is a hand-dug pile foundation, the length of the pile body is tentatively set at 9.3M, the diameter of the pile is 900- 1400, the top elevation of the pile foundation is -5.7m, and some are -6m and 7.6m The concrete strength of the pile foundation is C25. The pile cap, basement foundation beam bottom plate and external wall are made of C30 waterproof dense concrete, the waterproof grade is Grade I, and the impermeability grade is 0.8MPa. The roof and the pool above it are made of dense concrete, the impermeability grade is 0.6MPa, and the concrete strength is C25. 1-6 story column basement concrete column and shear wall adopt C35 concrete, and 6- 10 story adopts C30. C25 is used from the 10 floor to the roof, C30 concrete is used for the concrete beam-slab main building 1-6 floor and the first floor of the annex building, the concrete strength of the rest beams and slabs is C25, and the column shear wall below the annex building is C30, and all above 0.000 are C25. HP235 and HRB335 are used as reinforcement, and Q235-B steel is used as section steel and steel plate. Masonry below 0.000 shall be built with MU20 lime-sand brick and M7.5 cement mortar; Masonry over 0.000 is built with MU7.5 aerated block and M5 mixed mortar.
2, decoration engineering (from surface practice to grassroots)
(1), floor project:
A, concrete floor:
Location: underground garage and car ramp,
Practice: 200-thick C25 wear-resistant ground is pressed with anti-skid lines, and 2-thick polyurethane waterproof glue is provided with expansion joints and contraction joints. Clean the floor of reinforced concrete basement.
B, ceramic floor tile:
Location: All rooms except the bathroom.
Practice: 10 thick floor tile is paved, and the joints are leveled with cement board; 25 thick 1: 4 hard cement mortar, plain cement and reinforced concrete ground shall be cleaned.
C, granite:
Location: stairwell.
Practice: pave 20 thick granite for leveling, and sprinkle plain cement and plain cement mortar combination layer on the surface of 30 thick 1: 4 hard cement mortar; Clean the reinforced concrete stair board.
