Visual navigation aid project is the most airport-featured project in civil airport engineering, and the equipment, construction technology and technical indicators used in the project have their special requirements. The corresponding visual navigation engineering supervision has the following characteristics:
(1) Supervisors engaged in visual navigation AIDS should be familiar with the basic contents of the Technical Standard for Flight Areas of Civil Airports (MH500 1-20 13) and master the relevant knowledge and specification requirements of visual navigation AIDS in civil airports.
(2) During the supervision of the non-stop construction of visual AIDS, the non-stop construction scheme should be reviewed in strict accordance with the relevant regulations of the Civil Aviation Administration, with emphasis on the construction organization, emergency plan and technical feasibility. It is one of the important measures to ensure the smooth completion of the project to check the effective operation of emergency organizations and the implementation of safety technical measures during the implementation.
(3) The equipment used in the middle part of the visual navigation aid project belongs to the special equipment for civil aviation, and the supervisor should strictly examine the production license of the special equipment.
(4) The measurement and positioning verification of lighting equipment is one of the important measures to ensure the quality of visual navigation aid lighting system, especially the position of embedded lamps on the road.
(5) Test the insulation resistance of the lighting circuit. The lighting circuit consists of series or parallel lamps, secondary cables, isolation transformers, primary cables and connectors. Insulation resistance is an important parameter of electrical performance of lighting circuit, which reflects the quality of equipment in the circuit and the level of construction technology.
(6) Check the luminous color and orientation of lamps and lanterns, linearity and brightness effect of similar lamps and lanterns.
(7) Require the switching time of emergency power supply. The maximum switching time of emergency power supply for non-instrument runway navigation aid lighting equipment should be as short as possible, not exceeding 15min. When operating the approach runway lighting system with the accuracy of Grade I or below, the switching time of emergency power supply should generally not exceed15s; Under normal circumstances, the switching time of emergency power supply is required not to exceed 1s when operating the second and third precision approach runway lighting systems. If the operation mode of the standby diesel generator set is not changed, UPS uninterruptible power supply must be set to ensure that the switching time does not exceed 1s when the second and third types of precision approach runway lighting systems are operated.
