1. Party A shall provide convenient intermediary and consulting services for Party B according to Party B's job hunting intention. There are two kinds of services: free and paid services.
2. Party B shall provide detailed personal information. If there is any falsehood, Party A will stop providing services to Party B and reserve the right to pursue its legal responsibilities further. Party A shall properly keep Party B's information and keep Party B's personal privacy confidential.
3. Party B shall pay RMB 20 yuan (including resume preparation fee, communication fee, consultation fee and membership fee) when registering the job application materials.
4. Before Party B finds a suitable job, Party A shall provide multiple interview opportunities. If Party B finds a job without further recommendation from Party A, Party B shall inform Party A in time. When Party A arranges an interview for Party B, Party B shall actively cooperate with Party A's arrangement.
5. There are two ways of talent intermediary service. Please select one item and tick √.
1) is a charging service mode. The fee is 50% of Party B's salary in the first month of probation.
Before the interview, Party B shall collect (letter of introduction) from Party A in time and pay a deposit of 400 yuan (this fee will be included in the service fee in the future). If the interview is successful (that is, Party B has reached an understanding with the employing unit), Party B shall notify Party A in time and pay the remaining service fee before going to work. The fee is 50% of Party B's salary in the first month of probation (including basic salary before tax, bonus, subsidy and other income). If it is unsuccessful, Party B shall inform Party A in time.
2) It is a free service, that is, headhunting service: individuals don't pay.
6. When Party B goes to the employer for an interview, he shall not pass on the recruitment information to others or bring others for an interview without the consent of Party A.. Once found, it shall be treated as breach of contract and investigated for responsibility.
7. If the interview is unsuccessful, Party B can choose not to refund the fee, and Party A will continue to recommend it; You can also choose to refund the fee, but it needs to be verified by Party A first, and then I will handle the refund with the receipt. During the one-year membership period, Party A may continue to recommend it to Party B. Without Party A's permission, Party B shall not work in the unit arranged for interview by Party A for any reason within six months after the refund. Once verified, Party B shall pay the service fee and liquidated damages agreed in this agreement. After Party B works in the employing unit and becomes a regular employee, he can exchange the receipt with Party A for an invoice.
8. If Party B is dismissed or resigned by the company for personal reasons within 3 months after going to work, it shall promptly notify Party A (excluding Party B being dismissed by the company or finding a new work unit by himself due to violation of company rules and regulations or violation of laws and regulations). At this time, Party B has the following two options:
1) If Party B goes to work within 2 weeks (including Saturday and Sunday), the information loss fee of 100 yuan will be deducted, and the remaining service fees will be fully refunded.
2) If Party B fails to work for more than 3 months after 2 weeks, 50% of the total service fee will be deducted.
9. If Party B works for more than 3 months or finds a new work unit at the same time, Party A will not refund the fee. If Party B promised to go to the employer for an interview, but didn't actually go to the interview or call Party A, Party A has the right to give up recommending to Party B. If Party B fails to go to work on time after consultation with the employer, 200 yuan will be deducted. For any dispute between Party B and the third party (including the employing unit), Party A shall not bear any responsibility.
X under the condition that both parties abide by the agreement, Party A shall not delay the refund without reason, and Party B shall not default on the payment for any reason. The late payment fee will be increased daily 10 yuan. Fixed holidays and weekends are not refundable; The receipt is valid for one year, and there is no refund after it expires.
XI。 This agreement is made in duplicate, one for each party. This agreement shall be valid for one year from the date of signing. Party A shall affix its official seal and Party B shall sign it.
