Constitution of the Federation of Global Business Associations

Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 Federation of Global Business Associations (hereinafter referred to as "Federation"), hereinafter referred to as ICOC.

Article 3 The purpose of this Union is to promote exchanges and cooperation between chambers of commerce and member enterprises all over the world.

Chapter II Purpose and Occupation

Article 4 The Global Federation of Business Associations is a comprehensive platform for providing information services for global chambers of commerce, associations and their member enterprises.

Bilateral or multilateral economic and trade investment exchange activities are led by global chambers of commerce and associations, with member enterprises as the main body and location.

Article 5 In order to achieve the above objectives, the Alliance will fulfill the following commitments:

1, providing related business negotiation, cooperation, consultation and information services;

2. Attract business associations and business leaders, unite all forces and give full play to the advantages of business associations;

3. Help the member enterprises of various business associations to explore new business fields and circulation channels, hold negotiation meetings, market seminars, trade fairs and expositions, and assist in the exchange of advanced technologies, management methods and capital operation experience;

4, to carry out foreign exchanges and cooperation, to help business association members and enterprises to find partners. Bridging the gap between business association member enterprises and local governments in attracting investment, and promoting business association members and enterprises to participate in international circulation;

5. The Alliance holds, organizes or accepts the invitation and entrustment of local governments to participate in various activities related to business negotiation and cooperation;

6. Editing and publishing the Alliance magazine;

7. To provide business cooperation assistance to the governing associations and commercial enterprises of the Alliance;

8. Do a good job in coordinating services among directors' associations, directors' enterprises, departments and regions;

9. Develop online trade business and build a network platform for business cooperation of the World Chamber of Commerce;

10, the global and local governments cooperate to establish the "Global Business Association Alliance Industrial Park";

Chapter III Alliance Directors

Article 6 The directors of this Association are divided into group directors and business leaders directors. All legally established social organizations and enterprises support it.

You can apply to join the union's articles of association.

Article 7 To apply for membership in this Association, the following conditions must be met:

1, approving the articles of association of the trade union;

2. voluntarily join a trade union;

3. An influential business association or legal person engaged in economic activities or activities related to the business scope of the alliance must have a good business reputation;

4. Members are exempt from payment fees and fulfill their obligations as members; Require directors to pay their dues on time and fulfill their obligations as directors;

Article 8 Accession Procedures

1. Submit membership application;

2. The Secretariat discussed and adopted the draft;

3, by the secretariat or the presidium of the Standing Committee issued a certificate of director;

Article 9 Membership dues of the Union:

1. Members are exempt from membership fees, and directors are obliged to pay the membership fees stipulated by the trade union;

2. When special expenses are needed, temporary membership fees may be levied upon the resolution of the Council;

Article 10 Directors shall enjoy the following rights:

1. Trade union's right to vote, to be elected and to vote;

2. Participate in the activities of the Alliance;

3. Priority in obtaining trade union services;

4. The right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work of trade unions;

5. Freedom to join and leave the Union voluntarily;

Article 1 1 Directors shall perform the following obligations:

1, implement the trade union resolution;

2. Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of trade unions;

3. Complete the work assigned by the trade union;

4. Pay membership dues according to regulations;

5. Report the situation to the trade union and provide relevant information;

Article 12 Directors will be disqualified in the following circumstances:

1, when leaving the meeting;

2. When production is prohibited, quasi-production is prohibited or bankruptcy is declared;

3. At the time of death or disappearance;

4. When deleted from the list;

Article 13 shall be decided by the presidium or more than 2/3 members of the presidium's standing committee under any of the following circumstances.

Next, the alliance will be withdrawn, but the alliance must give the directors a chance to argue.

1. The director violates the Articles of Association;

2. The directors have words and deeds that damage the reputation of the trade union;

3. Failing to pay the membership fee for half a year;

Article 14: Any director may quit the alliance, and the fees paid by the directors shall not be refunded.

Chapter IV Organizational Structure

Article 15 The organizational structure of the alliance is as follows:

1. Senior management body: Standing Committee of the Presidium of the Union.

2. Implementing agency: Secretariat of the Council of the League.

3. Administrative organs: Trade Union Affairs Coordination Bureau, Trade Union National Committee Affairs Coordination Bureau, Trade Union Industrial Committee Affairs Association.

Article 16 The Council of the Union is the highest authority of the Union, and its duties are:

1. Approve the amendment to the Articles of Association of the Union;

2. Elect the Presidium of the Alliance and decide on the development plan and working policy of the Alliance;

3. Review and approve the report on the five-year plan of the Union;

4. Decide on the change and termination of the alliance;

5. Review and approve other reports submitted by the Council;

Article 17 Convening of the Council of the Union:

1. Meetings of the Council of the Union include meetings of the Council of the Union and temporary meetings of the Council of the Union convened by the Secretariat. The general meeting of the League Council is held every five years to elect the members of the League Bureau; Members of the Presidium of the Union elect members of the Standing Committee of the Presidium of the Union; When the annual meeting of the League Council is not in session, in case of major or emergency, an interim meeting of the League Council may be convened upon the proposal of more than half of the members of the League Council or more than half of the members of the presidium.

Article 18 Main responsibilities of the executive chairman: The executive chairman is the legal representative and official representative of the Association and presides over the board meeting.

Discuss and concurrently serve as the secretary general's administrative work; The term of office of the Executive Chairman is five years, with a maximum of three consecutive terms; If for some reason you can't perform your duties.

The interim board meeting will elect the current executive chairman.

The executive body secretariat of the Council shall exercise the following functions and powers:

1. adopt a resolution requesting the General Assembly of the Union to amend the articles of association of the Union;

2. Explain the articles of association of the trade union;

3. Implement the resolutions of the General Assembly of the League;

4. Formulate the development plan and working policy of the Union;

5. Draft the annual work report of the trade union;

6. Formulate the annual financial budget and final accounts report;

7, listen to and review the work report of the subordinate institutions;

8, review, approve and modify the basic management system of the alliance;

9. Change or terminate the Youth League Committee through a resolution submitted to the Council of the Youth League Committee;

10, discuss and decide other important matters;

Article 19: The members of the Presidium of the Union are elected by the Council of the Union, and the members of the Standing Committee of the Presidium of the Union are elected by the members of the Presidium, ***3 1 (China 1 1, other countries 20), with a term of five years and may be re-elected.

Article 20 When the Council is not in session, the Standing Committee of the presidium shall exercise its functions and powers.

Article 2 1 The meeting of the Standing Committee of the Presidium of the Union shall be held every three years.

Twenty-second by the chairman of the Standing Committee or more than one-third of the members of the Standing Committee, an interim meeting of the Standing Committee may be convened.

Chapter V Establishment of the Committee

Twenty-third approved by the Standing Committee of the Presidium of the Union, China State Committee, Trade Committee and Provincial Committee are established.

Chapter VI Assets and Accounting

Article 24 the source of funds for the alliance: membership fees; Donation; Project funds; Income from activities carried out within the approved business scope; Interest; Other lawful income.

Article 25 members and committees of the association shall pay membership fees to the association. Membership fees are as follows:

Membership: Members are members of various business associations and do not charge membership fees.

Manager: Free for five years.

Executive Director: Free for five years.

National Committee: Free for five years.

Industry Committee: Free for five years.

Provincial Party Committee: Free for five years.

The Standing Committee of the Presidium of the Union may adjust the above-mentioned membership fee standards according to the actual situation.

Twenty-sixth property management by the executive chairman is responsible for the supervision of the secretariat, management measures decided by the Standing Committee of the presidium.

Article 27 The expenses of the Union shall be paid from its assets.

Article 28 The business plan and revenue and expenditure budget of the Union shall be formulated by the Secretariat and implemented after the resolution of the Standing Committee of the Presidium.

Article 29 When the budget needs to be revised urgently, the Standing Committee of the Presidium shall decide to revise it.

Article 30 This Association shall establish a strict financial management system to ensure that the accounting system is legal, true, accurate and complete.

Article 3 1 The fiscal year of the Union is 1 October 1 day to February this year1day.

Chapter VII Revision of the Articles of Association of the Alliance

Article 32 The articles of association of the Union shall be formulated by the General Assembly of the Council of the Union and adopted by a majority vote. The detailed rules for the implementation of the Articles of Association shall be formulated by the owners of the Union.

The Standing Committee of the Communist Youth League shall formulate and notify the governing unit.

Chapter VIII Dissolution

Article 33 If the alliance is dissolved by itself or needs to be terminated due to division or merger, the presidium of the alliance shall put forward a proposal for termination.

It will be terminated after being submitted to the League Council for voting.

Thirty-fourth before the termination of the alliance, a liquidation organization shall be established in accordance with the relevant provisions to clean up the creditor's rights and debts and deal with the aftermath. Liquidation period

Occasionally do not carry out activities other than liquidation.

Article 35 The remaining property after the termination of the Union shall be settled by the general meeting of the Union according to law.

Article 38 The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the Federation.
