You should have graduated in July 2009 and reported to the company. You need to apply for full-time grading one year after the date of registration. Some places automatically transfer, and some need to fill out the off-job grading approval form. You can consult the human resources department or personnel department of your company about this. You need to use the registration card. Once officially graded, it means that the cadre's identity is officially confirmed, which is equivalent to serving for one year.
