Brief introduction of Chen Li

Chen Li (193 1.7~) took the pen name He Fang. People from Liuzhou, Guangxi. 1957 graduated from the Pattern Department of Southwest Academy of Fine Arts. He used to be the director of the folk craft development office of Liuzhou Institute of Arts and Crafts. At present, he is the director and professor of Chinese painting practical art department of China Calligraphy and Painting Correspondence University Liuzhou Branch.
