Criminal cases are in the investigation stage: 2,000 to 20,000 yuan; Review and prosecution stage: 2000-20000 yuan; Trial period: 3500-35000 yuan; Those who represent victims in criminal cases of private prosecution or public prosecution shall be charged according to the above standards.
Civil and administrative litigation cases: 2,000 to 20,000 yuan.
3. Charge according to the proportion of bid amount:
(1) Scope of application: It is applicable to legal affairs involving property relations and representing state compensation cases.
(2) Charge standard: Charge is calculated cumulatively according to the disputed amount.
Legal basis: Article 23 of the Lawyers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
A law firm shall establish and improve the systems of practice management, conflict of interest review, fees and financial management, complaint investigation, annual assessment and file management, and supervise lawyers to abide by professional ethics and practice discipline in their practice activities.
Article 24
A law firm shall, after the annual examination, submit the annual practice report and the examination results of lawyers' practice to the judicial administrative department of the people's government at the municipal level or municipality directly under the Central Government.
