What's the matter with the slow punching speed of electric spark piercer?
Most cases are caused by insufficient water pressure. You should check whether the pressure gauge on the water pump is normal, whether the rotating head leaks water and whether the electrode is blocked. If all the above conditions are good, should we check whether the pulse parameters are selected correctly? Is the selection of current parameters correct? Whether the servo adjustment is in place is generally adjusted to an average voltage of about 25V during discharge (depending on the material and the size of the electrode). Another possibility is that EDM piercer has short circuit protection function. If this function is always in an effective state, the current will not come out and the processing speed will be slow. You can ask the manufacturer, just cancel this function (jump off the foot of a manifold block).
