Brief introduction of national debt association of china

National debt association of china was founded in August, 199 1. It is a national bond industry self-regulatory organization approved and registered by the Ministry of Finance of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the organization registration authority. It is a non-profit social group legal person. National debt association of china Secretariat is the daily office of the Council, which consists of five functional departments: General Department, Member Management Department, R&D Department, Training Department and Information Consulting Department. The leaders mainly include senior consultant, executive vice president Zhang Bingguo, vice presidents Wang Lili and Lu; Secretary-General Zhang Hongli; Consultant Li Dachun. By the end of 2008, the Association had 180 institutional members.
