After clarifying the intention of buying a car, consumers use the application app to scan the QR code in the distribution store and fill out the application for buying a car. Information includes: name, mobile phone number, ID card, car brand, etc. Once the brand is selected, it cannot be changed. After filling it out, it will be uploaded to the system for review. (III) Car Purchase Qualification Examination After the approval of consumer information, eligible consumers are eligible for car purchase subsidies. 6. Other rules: (1) When buying a new car, you should obtain a unified invoice for motor vehicle sales issued by the seller for the automobile sales organization registered in our city. (2) The invoice date of the unified invoice for motor vehicle sales issued by the automobile sales organization shall not be later than the order deadline. (3) Consumers who purchase a new car shall complete the vehicle registration procedures in our city before March 3, 2023 (based on the date when the vehicle first boarded the vehicle in the motor vehicle driving license) and obtain the motor vehicle registration certificate and motor vehicle driving license. (4) After the new car is registered, it may not be transferred within 1 year.
