In order to maintain the seriousness of the employment plan and ensure the rights and interests of all parties after the signing of the agreement, graduates are not allowed to redistribute in principle. In case of special circumstances, graduates need to submit a written application, which can be adjusted and rectified only after being approved by the Employment Guidance Service Center of the Admissions and Employment Office and reported to the competent department for approval. Beijing stipulates that reassignment is not allowed to enter Beijing.
"Transfer" is mainly divided into the following three situations:
(1) transfers between employers in this province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government shall be examined and approved by the local department in charge of graduate allocation and go through the transfer procedures;
(2) if it is adjusted across provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities under separate state planning), the school shall issue an adjustment plan after reporting to the higher authorities for examination and approval, and go through the reassignment procedures according to the adjustment plan;
(3) Graduates need to go through the reassignment procedures within the specified time, and will not go through the relevant reassignment procedures after the deadline. The adjustment of graduates after employment shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of on-the-job personnel.
Reassignment refers to the practice of adjusting the employment unit after the school reports the employment plan and the higher authorities issue the registration card. According to the relevant regulations, the adjustment and reassignment should be carried out within one year from the date of graduation, and will not be accepted after the time.
There are two situations of redistribution:
● In case of transfer between employers in provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the local graduate transfer department shall examine and approve the transfer and handle the reassignment procedures;
● In case of adjustment across provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities under separate state planning), the school shall report to the higher authorities for examination and approval, and go through the reassignment procedures after examination and approval.
Step 1: Apply for a new registration card at the Admissions and Employment Office.
The following materials shall be provided:
1, original registration certificate and household registration certificate (household registration agreement issued by fresh graduates);
2. Employment agreement, admission notice or contract (the admission notice or contract must be accompanied by a blank agreement. If the blank agreement is lost, a written commitment must be issued: I promise to bear all the consequences caused by losing the original agreement or signing the original agreement with other units. );
3. Letter of termination of the agreement from the original unit (only for graduates who have breached the contract).
Step 2: Go to the Provincial Education Department for review and seal.
Go to the Provincial Department of Education for examination and seal, and provide the following materials:
1, a new registration card issued by the Admissions and Employment Office;
2. Transfer application report issued by the Admissions and Employment Office.
3. Original registration card.
Step 3: Forward the document to the school archives.
Materials to be provided:
The registration card stamped by the Provincial Department of Education (that is, An Baili's "Notice of Employment of College Graduates in National Colleges and Universities") is forwarded to the school archives, and the forwarding address is informed in detail.
Note: Graduates whose files have not stayed in school can omit this step, but they must issue a written guarantee to ensure that the file problems involved in reassignment will be solved by themselves.
Step 4: Go to Wuhou Registration Center to change your account.
Materials to be provided: original household registration certificate and new registration certificate.
Note: Graduates with registered permanent residence and archives must go through relevant formalities at the school security office before moving their registered permanent residence into Wuhou Accreditation Center.
According to the employment agreement signed by graduates, the school forms a suggested employment plan and a dispatch plan. Graduates who have signed employment agreements and improved relevant procedures shall be sent to the unit or the competent department of the unit; Graduates who have not signed an employment agreement or have signed an employment agreement but the relevant procedures are not perfect are sent to the graduate employment department where the students are located (see the table below).
