The better departments here are the two offices and the organization of discipline inspection. The strength of these departments lies in being close to the core power and then being higher. If it is in the cadre department of the organization department, the case trial room of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, the municipal party committee office or the government-run secretariat, it is a very important and good department. If you want to pursue a career in the future, you should consider these departments, but in this case, they rarely recruit directly, so everyone like the organization department and the discipline inspection commission likes to choose important people.
Then, apart from these positions, are so many positions in the government and the party and the masses not easy to test, or are they not worth testing? Of course not, but on the whole, the progress of the departments in the Party-mass sequence may be faster than that in the government sequence, because there are few units in the Party-mass sequence, and most of them are standing committee departments, which are highly matched and have more relative leadership indicators. There are too many departments in the government sequence, and there is not much room for improvement, but some government departments are still worthy of our examination. Take the municipal bureau as an example, such as the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The personnel establishment bureau mainly includes employment bureau, social security bureau, labor inspection brigade, labor arbitration institute, talent bureau and foreign experts bureau. These are very complicated, but you should know that the non-leadership positions below the municipal level are managed by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, which is managed by a civil servant. Therefore, the internal solution of non-leadership indicators in the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau is very fast, and I will give it to you this year! Municipal Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) sounds awesome, but unless it is a core department such as project approval office and project investment office, it really doesn't mean anything. On the contrary, units like the Education Bureau and the Civil Affairs Bureau, due to their particularity, I think they are excellent units. These are some small conveniences that can be touched in daily life, and they are the kind of units that make a fortune silently.
2. Which platform is better for provinces, cities, counties and townships? Municipal level is the most cost-effective platform. If you live in an ordinary prefecture-level city, then apply for municipal posts, because the platform is high, the level can be solved quickly (promoted to non-leadership positions every year), and the workload is not very large (not the core department of the two institutions);
Followed by the provincial platform, the advantage is the highest level, you just mixed up, mixed into the retired place class researcher also gave it to you, which is equivalent to the deputy county-level position in the county, which is already very good!
Third, there are counties and districts. The disadvantage of counties and districts is their low level (non-sub-provincial cities), and their level can only survive. Then the relationship is complicated and the work is not good. The advantage is that it is stronger than villages and towns and has a stronger human touch. Excellent people have the opportunity to transfer to the core departments of the two offices and organize publicity, which will grow faster for young people!
The worst are towns and streets, with thousands of lines above and a needle below. It is true that all the work is ultimately carried out by grassroots units like towns and villages. The work intensity is high, the work is not standardized, the platform level is the lowest, and the working environment in some remote towns and villages is not good. Moreover, in order to maintain the team building at the grassroots level, most of them have to sign the minimum service life, which is generally five years. Want to resign and leave, can't do it, can only be fired! Therefore, students who apply for townships must be cautious and cautious!
3. Stick to hometown or different place: There are two different places here. One is the different places between developed provinces and underdeveloped areas or other cities in the province. If the hometown is in Henan, it is ok to report to Jiangsu and Zhejiang if there is no suitable post in the hometown, because the most important component of civil servants' salary is local allowance besides the national unified basic salary, so the more developed areas, the higher the local allowance, such as Nanjing, Wuxi and Suzhou in Jiangsu. Hangzhou, Ningbo, Zhejiang, Foshan, Shenzhen, Guangdong, the wages in these places are really high. If they are from Henan and don't report to their hometown, forget it and report to Anhui or Jiangxi. It is better to report to the surrounding cities of your hometown, at least close to home;
4. How to choose specific positions: The best mode is that the more restrictions, the better. If you are a graduate student, majoring in law, have passed the judicial examination, CET-6, party member, and have two years of work experience. As long as you apply for positions with these restrictions, if there are, then you are basically accepted.
