The contents of government information disclosure include: the future management planning of the government; Policy aspects related to public interests; Rational use and supervision of public resources; Personnel exchanges and cooperation between government departments and institutions; Information about various legal provisions stipulated by the state.

The so-called government information refers to the information produced or obtained by administrative organs in the process of performing their duties, recorded and preserved in a certain form. Government information shall be recorded or kept by the administrative organ, and the applicant shall apply to the administrative organ, but the application to other organs does not meet the requirements. For example, the National People's Congress, the courts, and the CPPCC are not compulsory organs for information disclosure as stipulated in the Regulations on the Openness of Government Information.

After receiving the application for government information disclosure, the administrative organ shall give a reply on the spot if it can reply; If you can't reply, you should give a reply within 05 working days from the date of receiving the application. If the administrative organ fails to reply within the statutory time limit, the applicant may choose administrative reconsideration or administrative litigation to seek relief.
