In September, 2006, in view of the operation and shortcomings of the 2005 version of the website, the content of the whole website was reorganized and summarized, highlighting the respective characteristics of citizen station, enterprise station and government station, and emphasizing the characteristics of citizen station for ordinary people, enterprise station for enterprises, investors and government station for government work. The website columns have been organized from 122 main columns and 465 sub-columns into 26 main columns and 153 sub-columns. Try to avoid information duplication, reduce levels and clicks, and make it easier to find information.
The offices of the office cooperate closely, fully tap the internal resources of the office, timely publish government documents of the secretariat, research papers of the comprehensive research office, government information of the information liaison office, government news of the press release office, exhibition information of the event office and other contents on the Internet, and timely show the public major government decisions, economic and social development plans and important government information related to the people. At the same time, according to the special needs of each office, a column was set up. For example, during the "two sessions" in 2006, the information center cooperated with the supervision office to decompose the tasks of the government work report and publish it on the Internet in time, and then set up a column on the implementation of the government work report to show the implementation of various functional units in a timely, phased, dynamic and vivid manner through quantitative indicators and charts, so as to better accept the supervision of the people. Cooperate with the emergency management office to open an emergency management column, and timely publish emergency plans, institutional settings, work trends, emergency drills, popular science education, typical cases and other contents on the Internet.
(B) with the help of external forces, improve the level of maintenance
Due to institutional setup and other reasons, there is no portal editorial department in the information center at present. Therefore, relying on external forces, we entrust some daily social information services of citizen stations and enterprise stations to social forces with good reputation, strong technology and sufficient information sources for maintenance. With the help of the School of Foreign Languages of Ningbo University, the foreign language edition is maintained by experienced university professors and professionals, and the corresponding management and assessment system is established for the maintenance unit to ensure the maintenance quality. At the same time, strengthen communication with maintenance units, listen carefully to their suggestions and opinions on website construction, fully mobilize their enthusiasm for participating in government website construction, and absorb many reasonable suggestions in column setting, layout adjustment, information correction and expression forms. Under the suggestion and planning of the maintenance unit, in 2006, Enterprise Station launched two free online promotion activities for Yong Cheng enterprises. The first promotion was 1 1 family, and the second promotion was1family, which was widely welcomed by enterprises and made a good publicity for Ningbo government network. With the help of the maintenance unit, Ningbo government network launched the English version of the government work report in 2006, and took the lead in launching the English version of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan in China.

In 2006, 73 websites including county (city) governments, municipal departments and directly affiliated units participated in the evaluation. Preliminary evaluation in May and re-evaluation in August. Units with good multiple scores participate in the annual appraisal. According to the final score of each website, we added five places on the basis of the top ten government systems in previous years, and named the top 15 government system websites. The improvement of website evaluation and evaluation methods has played an important role in promoting website construction. More and more attention has been paid to the construction of government websites, which has greatly improved in information disclosure, column structure, interactive communication and page design.
The improvement of the level of each sub-site has greatly supported the construction of the portal from many aspects such as content and function. In addition to the static information of sub-websites, we also adopt the latest information of each website into the portal website through technical means such as information capture. When the situation changes and new policies are introduced, each sub-website will also feed back relevant information to us by email. For example, in 2006, the Municipal Personnel Bureau reported the recruitment policy to us, and also used the portal website as one of the websites that released the recruitment information of civil servants.
(D) innovative work ideas, rich website content
In order to expand the influence of the foreign language version of the website and improve the level of the website, we cooperated with the key news website "International Online" sponsored by China Radio International in early 2006, and launched new English and German versions in April and September respectively. International Online has as many as 30 foreign language websites and has many years of experience in serving foreign users. We can give full consideration to the habits of foreign users and give us strong support in column design, content planning and page design. Moreover, International Online also sends international and domestic news to the English and German versions of Ningbo government website every day through technical means, which greatly enriches the contents of these two pages, and Ningbo has also become the first local city channel for international online cooperation. Rich foreign language versions and detailed contents have further enhanced Ningbo's international influence, expanded foreign exchanges and provided better services for foreign users.
During the revision of the portal website in September 2006, we hired a third-party consulting company to guide the website revision. Based on the analysis of the existing framework and content of Ningbo municipal government website, the consulting company puts forward suggestions and opinions from the aspects of column planning, hierarchical structure, content sorting and page design, which makes the website revision design more scientific and reasonable, and the content and column arrangement more clear.
At the same time, we also actively mobilize social forces to participate in website construction. For example, with the help of airlines, the latest flight information and ticket price information are released every day to serve passengers. Another example is the netizen who launched the government private network Qingfeng Forum, and asked them to provide us with good photos reflecting the scenery of Ningbo and new travel notes written by themselves, and to be hired in the tourism version of the portal website to enrich the content of the website. Another example is to hire netizens who are more concerned about Ningbo government network as moderators in the forum, so that they can guide and manage the content of the forum and answer some questions unfamiliar with other government business.
