2. Invoice service platform account registration. Free registration with mobile phone number and mobile phone verification code, and set buyer information as required.
3. Bind ETC card or user card. Customers log on to the invoice service platform and fill in the reserved information (account name, certificate type, certificate number, mobile phone number, etc. ) when processing ETC card or user card, and after verification, complete the binding of ETC card or user card.
4. Invoice issuance. Customers log on to the invoice service platform, select the recharge or consumption transaction records that need to be invoiced, and apply for generating toll electronic invoices. The invoice service platform provides users with free services such as downloading, forwarding, previewing and querying electronic invoices and detailed information.
