Detailed rules for the implementation of marriage registration measures in Heilongjiang Province
Article 9 Both men and women applying for marriage registration shall apply for marriage registration in person at the marriage registration office where one party's household registration is located, and hold the following documents:
1. My resident ID card or household registration certificate;
Two, the unit or the village (neighborhood) Committee issued the "proof of marital status";
3. Three two-inch photos of men and women bareheaded;
Four, divorced people apply for marriage registration, but also must hold a divorce certificate, the marriage registration authority issued a "marriage certificate" at the same time, to recover the divorce certificate.
Article 10 Both men and women applying for marriage registration shall truthfully provide the information that the marriage registration authority must know. The marriage registration authority, after examination, understands that it conforms to the provisions of the Marriage Law and the Measures for Marriage Registration, and shall be granted registration and issued a marriage certificate.
