2. The official text of this contract is in quadruplicate;
3. The original certificates of the legal representatives of both parties to the contract, and the original power of attorney of the legal representative if the legal representative is authorized to sign the contract;
4. If the contractor is a foreign enterprise, a copy of the contractor qualification certificate and the project manager qualification certificate (original) shall be submitted;
5. A project subject to tender shall submit the tender documents and the copy (original) of the Certificate of Completion of the Bidding (Contract-awarding) Procedure for Construction Projects or the Letter of Acceptance;
6. For non-tendering projects, the original project budget signed by the registered cost engineer and stamped with the special seal for registered practice and the official seal of the preparation unit shall be submitted, and a copy of the registration certificate of the registered cost engineer shall also be submitted. Government investment projects (projects involving national security and state secrets, emergency construction projects and disaster relief construction projects) also need to provide a copy of the audit report issued by the Audit Bureau.
