A "consulting service post" has been set up, and modern facilities such as large electronic display screen, touch screen and central monitoring system have been installed. It is also equipped with writing stationery, drinking water, printing and copying, public telephones, official seals, self-service internet access, mobile phone charging, commonly used drugs, shoe polishers, newspapers and magazines and other service supplies and facilities. There is a bank charge window, a supervisor on duty seat and a complaint monitoring window in the hall, which uniformly handles the charges for administrative examination and approval items and other service items entering the center, is responsible for accepting the inquiries and complaints of the handling personnel, and timely coordinates and handles the problems arising from the work site.

12333 telephone consultation service center is newly built, with an existing area of 20 square meters. It is a consultation service center integrating telephone, fax, website, SMS, email and other forms, providing consultation on human resources and social security services, including employment services, personnel, social insurance and labor relations.
