Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations of the Ministry of Education, combined with the actual enrollment situation of Zhejiang University.
Article 2 The name of the school is Zhejiang University, located at No.866, Tang Yuhang Road, Xihu District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The higher authorities are People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Education. The level and type of running a school are full-time public undergraduate courses.
Article 3 If the undergraduates trained by our school meet the graduation requirements of this major within the prescribed time limit, they will be awarded the undergraduate diploma of Zhejiang University; In line with the relevant provisions of the school's degree granting, the bachelor's degree certificate will be awarded to undergraduate graduates of ordinary higher education. If a Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run school meets the conditions for conferring a degree, the foreign cooperatively-run school shall also award the corresponding degree certificate.
Article 4 The enrollment work of Zhejiang University will fully implement the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, accept the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, parents, the media and all walks of life, comprehensively measure the candidates' morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and select the best candidates.
Chapter II Organizational Structure
Article 5 Zhejiang University shall set up a school enrollment committee to listen to the annual enrollment work of the school, study and analyze the problems faced by the enrollment work, give guidance, and supervise and inspect all kinds of enrollment work.
The establishment of undergraduate enrollment working group, responsible for the formulation of undergraduate enrollment policy, research and decision on major issues of undergraduate enrollment.
Article 6 As the permanent institution of Zhejiang University's undergraduate enrollment work, the Undergraduate Admissions Office is responsible for organizing and completing the daily work of undergraduate enrollment under the leadership of the Undergraduate Admissions Working Group.
Article 7 The Undergraduate Admissions Office of Zhejiang University shall set up enrollment working groups in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) as required. Each enrollment working group is responsible for the enrollment publicity and consultation of Zhejiang University in the examination area, and assists the undergraduate enrollment office in enrollment.
Article 8 The enrollment of Zhejiang University shall be conducted under the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision department.
Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 9 Zhejiang University, under the guidance of national policies and the overall arrangement of the Ministry of Education, according to the strategic needs of social and economic development for personnel training, follows the principles of fairness, science, stability and flexibility, combines with its own reality, takes the quality of students as the guide, and takes into account regional balance to determine the preparation method of student enrollment plan. The undergraduate enrollment plan of Zhejiang University is released to the public by the provincial enrollment examination institutions.
Article 10 In order to serve the strategic decision of building a world-class university and the internationalization strategy of China's higher education and give full play to the advantages of high-level higher education in China and the West, Zhejiang University has set up an international campus in Haining. At present, two Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools have been established, namely, the United College of Edinburgh University of Zhejiang University and the United College of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The enrollment majors are biomedicine, bioinformatics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and automation, electronic and computer engineering, and civil engineering. Students study in Haining International Campus. The major of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in the international campus cannot be adjusted with other majors in the school.
Article 11 The Medical College of Zhejiang University consists of medical candidates, medical experimental classes, preventive medicine, pharmacy, biomedicine (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools) and other majors. The College of Pharmacy and the Joint College of Edinburgh University of Zhejiang University adopt separate enrollment codes and plans, set separate grading scores and implement separate enrollment according to the characteristics of candidates.
Article 12 Zhejiang University takes 1% of the total enrollment plan as the reserved plan, which is mainly used to adjust the enrollment problems such as the imbalance of online entrance examination students in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).
Chapter IV Access Rules
Thirteenth Zhejiang University enrolls students according to the categories of science and engineering, literature and history, art and sports, and the pilot provinces of college entrance examination reform implement its relevant regulations.
Article 14 When enrolling students in Zhejiang University, the adjustment ratio shall be determined according to the situation of students in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and the adjustment ratio shall not exceed 105% according to the batch of parallel volunteer. Voluntarily file in turn according to batches, and the file transfer ratio shall not exceed 120% in principle. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region files according to the principle of score priority, and the specific rules are implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of Inner Mongolia Education Admissions Examination Center.
Fifteenth Zhejiang University in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) according to the number of enrollment plans by major or professional category, according to the results, there is no grade difference between majors.
Article 16 According to the spirit of the documents of the Ministry of Education, candidates who enjoy the bonus policy will be given bonus points according to the regulations of the education authorities of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the candidates are located. All college entrance examination bonus items and scores are not applicable to enrollment items that do not arrange provincial and professional enrollment plans.
Seventeenth candidates to fill in the professional volunteers were not admitted, subject to adjustment, after all candidates were admitted, from high to low points to adjust to the category or major that was not fully recorded; Those who do not obey the adjustment, or whose medical examination results do not meet the admission requirements of the incomplete category (major), shall be dismissed. Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools do not recruit volunteers.
Article 18 When the number of first-choice candidates is insufficient, Zhejiang University can accept non-first-choice candidates and select the best candidates according to the results of bidding. If the number of qualified non-first-choice candidates is still insufficient, volunteers will be collected. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, unfinished projects will also solicit volunteers. If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with good student quality to complete the enrollment plan.
Nineteenth candidates in Jiangsu Province academic level examination subjects must reach 2A, compulsory subjects and comprehensive quality in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Jiangsu Provincial Admissions Committee. The scores of the subjects selected by the candidates for special programs in colleges and universities and high-level art troupes are required to be 2B.
Twentieth students admitted to Zhejiang University, within one year of admission to determine the major. In undergraduate teaching, English textbooks and English teaching are required for compulsory foreign language courses required by the teaching plan, and non-English language candidates should carefully fill in their volunteers.
Article 21 The enrollment of Zhejiang University does not limit the ratio of male to female.
Twenty-second Zhejiang University's requirements for students' physical examination shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education and other departments and relevant supplementary provisions.
Twenty-third candidates admitted to the school will be re-examined according to the national enrollment regulations within three months. Candidates who fail to meet the admission requirements or violate the rules after re-examination will be disqualified.
Article 24 Candidates in special enrollment programs such as walking students, strengthening foundation programs, comprehensive evaluation, special programs of colleges and universities, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, arts majors and sports training majors shall be admitted according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the corresponding enrollment brochures of Zhejiang University.
Article 25 In order to serve and support the national marine development strategy, Zhejiang University has set up a campus in Zhoushan. Students majoring in marine science, marine engineering and technology studied in Zijingang Campus for the first two years and Zhoushan Campus for the second two years.
The twenty-sixth batch of professional categories early admission policy
Our school negotiates with relevant provincial admissions offices to arrange for non-universal languages and other majors to be admitted in batches in advance, and the relevant majors shall be subject to the announcement of relevant provincial admissions examination institutions. The professional category of early batch enrollment is selected according to the result of filing. If you are not satisfied with the majors reported by the candidates, such as professional adjustment, you will be transferred to the above-mentioned advanced batch enrollment professional categories according to the candidates' scores. Students admitted in advance in batches are limited to related majors admitted in advance. Students can minor in other majors.
Twenty-seventh according to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Zhejiang provincial government, students from Zhejiang who are identified as agronomy, horticulture, plant protection, tea science, zoology and animal medicine are exempt from tuition fees.
Chapter V Charging Standards
Twenty-eighth Zhejiang University in accordance with the provisions of the state and the standards approved by the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the implementation of credit system fees. Tuition fees are composed of professional registered tuition fees and credit tuition fees, which are charged in advance according to the academic year fees, settled according to the credits completed at the end of the semester and summarized before graduation. Tuition fees for the following majors increased by 15% on the original basis: energy and environmental systems engineering, architecture, electrical engineering and automation, computer science and technology, software engineering, photoelectric information science and engineering, information engineering, automation, industrial design, electronic information engineering, clinical medicine (eight-year program), Chinese language and literature, journalism, economics, finance, finance, accounting and mathematics.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 30 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
Article 31 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Undergraduate Admissions Office of Zhejiang University.
Article 32 Zhejiang University does not entrust any intermediary agency or individual to enroll students, and does not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state. The school reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of any intermediary agency or individual who conducts illegal enrollment publicity activities in the name of "Zhejiang University".
