Mobile application account registration and binding
For Iphone users, please download the "On-Call Remote Assistant" application in the App Store.
For Android mobile phone users, please download the "Incoll Remote Assistant" application on download platforms such as 360 development, Android market, 9 1 mobile phone and Baidu market.
After the download is completed, the user needs to initialize the account information and bind the vehicle with the help of the service personnel of Changan Automobile authorized service outlets. After the binding is completed, the vehicle can be controlled remotely.
You can also choose to bind the vehicle yourself according to the prompts in the APP application.
The binding steps are as follows:
1 login APP；;
② Click Add Vehicle;
③ Enter the frame number and engine number of the vehicle certification;
④ Enter the owner's name, gender and ID number, select the type of ID card, and upload clear car purchase invoice, front photo of ID card, back photo of ID card and hand-held photo of ID card according to the photo example;
⑤ Click Submit and wait for the review of Changan and Unicom. The specific completion time of the audit is subject to the interface display.
If you have registered other apps of Changan Automobile, you can log in directly. If the prompt password is wrong, please retrieve the password through the mobile phone number.
After approval, the vehicle will be displayed in the vehicle management interface. If the authentication fails, the interface will prompt the reason for the failure. Please resubmit the material review materials as required.
