Xizhuangtuo Village was built in the early Ming Dynasty, formerly known as Xizhuangtou, and was named after its location. In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Liubao, Chongrenli, Ninghe County, and in the Republic of China, it belonged to Zhaishang Street and Yangjiabo Township, the fifth district of Ninghe County. 1953 belongs to Dongyin Township, District 7, Ninghe County, 1957 belongs to Hangu District, 1966 is called Hongqun Brigade, and 1976 is called Xizhuangtuo Village.
