As long as we pay attention to serious analysis and research methods, we will find the feeling of "a bright future" to solve the problem.
Third, there are many prevarications about the results, and few people dare to take responsibility.
Many enterprises have encountered this problem in the initial stage of implementing management by objectives. At the end of the month, it is often said that this department has not kept up, that department has not cooperated, and it always pushes the responsibility outward.
In fact, in the process of implementing target management, we should schedule and coordinate every week, instead of closing the account at the end of the month. Second, we must take responsibility. People who dare to take responsibility in an organization are often the most courageous and respected people.
Fourth, there are many people who go it alone and work hard, and all centers and departments cooperate with each other, and there are few timely exchanges with teams and organizations.
This is also a common problem when many enterprises introduce management by objectives.
It's always about your own department, but you ignore the coordination with other departments and other centers. It is necessary to understand the responsibilities of each department one by one and do a good job in the operation of large teams. At the same time, the department should not hide or nest when it encounters problems, but should communicate directly with the superior or general manager. This can coordinate the wisdom and resources of the team, overcome the problems and difficulties of the department, and ensure the realization of the goal.
Introducing management by objectives is a very important work content for enterprises. To introduce management by objectives, we should avoid the above four more and four less.
