Resettlement houses with property certificates can be bought, but according to the different certificates, the objects for sale are also different:
1. If there are real estate licenses and state-owned land certificates, the sale of houses is not restricted;
2. If you have a real estate license and a collective land certificate, you must be a resident of the same village before you can buy or sell.
