The clear distance between (1) and 10kV high-voltage conductor shall not be less than1.5m.

(seven) advertising settings should be firm and safe, and damaged, outdated and discolored should be repaired and renovated in time. Tenth approved outdoor advertising, must be marked in the lower right corner of the "outdoor advertising license" number and the name of the operator (except neon advertising). Chapter III Approval and Administration Article 11 All units and individuals engaged in outdoor advertising must apply to the administrative department for industry and commerce for a business license and obtain the right to operate outdoor advertising before they can operate. Without approval, it shall not operate. Twelfth advertising agents and foreign businessmen outside Guangzhou need to publish outdoor advertisements in this city, they must entrust advertising agents with the corresponding outdoor advertising management rights in this city, and may not set up and publish in this city on their own. Thirteenth applications for outdoor advertising, should be handled according to the following procedures:
(1) After the applicant contacts the billboard, the Guangzhou Advertising Management Office designated by the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the Municipal Advertising Office) signs a lease agreement with the venue owner and goes through the examination and approval procedures;
(II) billboards occupying roads or set at the top of buildings in the airport clearance control area shall be consulted by the public security traffic department or the civil aviation administration department respectively;
(3) Billboards with veneer area less than 50 square meters shall be directly reported to the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce for approval by the Municipal Advertising Office, and large billboards with veneer area greater than 50 square meters shall be sent to the Municipal Planning Bureau for joint hearing by the Municipal Advertising Office. The Municipal Planning Bureau shall sign the opinions within 15 days, and then the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce shall review and agree. The Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce shall issue a notice to the applicant for obtaining an outdoor advertising license within seven days. When the examination and approval authority disagrees with the joint hearing organ, it shall be reported to the Municipal People's Government for examination and approval;
(four) the applicant shall submit the advertising samples, advertising contracts and related certification materials to the Municipal Advertising Office for examination, and after passing the examination, the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce shall issue a license for outdoor advertising. Fourteenth large-scale cultural, sports, public welfare activities sponsored by enterprises, if it is necessary to set up temporary outdoor advertising, must entrust outdoor advertising operators to undertake, according to the procedures stipulated in these measures to receive the "outdoor advertising license", before setting up. Fifteenth approved outdoor advertising facilities, in addition to the advertising authorities in accordance with the law to change procedures, no other unit or individual may occupy, dismantle, cover or damage. Sixteenth outdoor advertising space occupation fee in principle shall not exceed 20% of the advertising business. The site occupation fee for setting up advertisements on municipal facilities shall be agreed by the occupying unit and the Municipal Administration Bureau in accordance with the principles of voluntariness, equality and mutual benefit. Seventeenth advertising operators to apply new technology, develop novel outdoor advertising, beautify the city's advertising, the site fee approved by the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce, can be given preferential treatment. Temporary outdoor advertisements for public welfare can be exempted from venue fees. Article 18 Enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households that set up outdoor advertisements in their own places (including houses with property rights or use rights) must register advertising samples and relevant certification materials with the local district and county (including Panyu City, the same below) administration for industry and commerce, and the local district and county administration for industry and commerce can only set up outdoor advertisements after issuing the Registration Certificate.
