Those who fail to turn over or hand over illegal items within the time limit shall be given a heavier punishment according to law.
Fourth, criminals who report and expose other people's illegal and criminal acts involving guns, explosions and crossbows may be given a lighter or mitigated punishment according to law if they are verified or provide important clues and have made meritorious deeds in detecting other cases involving guns, explosions and crossbows; Those who have made significant meritorious service may be mitigated or exempted from punishment according to law. Illegal personnel who report and expose other people's illegal and criminal acts involving guns, explosions and crossbows and have rendered meritorious service shall be mitigated or not punished according to law.
Five, where guns, ammunition, explosives, crossbows were robbed, stolen or lost, should promptly report to the local public security organs. If it is not reported in time, the legal responsibility of the relevant responsible units and personnel shall be investigated according to law; Citizens who find abandoned guns, ammunition, simulation guns, crossbows, explosives or suspected explosives shall immediately report to the local public security organs.

Toy production enterprises shall not produce or sell toy guns with the same or similar appearance and color as standard guns, or with muzzle specific kinetic energy greater than 0. 16 joules per square centimeter.
