Citizens need to meet the adoption standards in China. After meeting the standards, the corresponding adoption materials shall be prepared and submitted to the civil affairs department and the unit where the orphan belongs for adoption, so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the minors under guardianship.
The adopter shall also meet the following conditions:
