Article 3 When accepting an application for motor vehicle registration, the vehicle management office shall complete the application materials within the prescribed time limit, in compliance with laws, administrative regulations and these Provisions. If the application materials are incomplete or otherwise inconsistent with the statutory form, the applicant shall be informed of all the contents that need to be corrected at one time. If it does not meet the requirements, it shall inform the reasons for not registering in writing.
The vehicle management office shall publicize the application items, conditions, basis, procedures, time limit, charging standards, all materials to be submitted and the model text of the application form at the place where registration is handled.
Article 4 The motor vehicle management office shall use the computer registration system to register motor vehicles and establish a database. If you do not use the computer registration system to register, the registration is invalid.
The database standard and registration software of computer registration system are unified nationwide. The database can completely and accurately record the registration contents, record the handling process and the information of the handling personnel, and transmit the relevant registration contents to the national public security traffic management information system in real time. The computer registration system shall be networked with the traffic violation information system and the traffic accident information system.
