Rule number one In order to standardize the school enrollment behavior, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, and implement the "Sunshine Project" for college enrollment, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Vocational Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the national education authorities, combined with the specific situation of the college. Fifteenth due to the limitation of existing teachers, freshmen only offer English as a foreign language.
Article 16 The admission physical examination standard shall be implemented in accordance with the spirit of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Church (2010) No.2 document jointly issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health. Due to physical reasons, candidates make reasonable adjustments to majors that are not suitable for them. Freshmen need to have a health check-up after entering school. Those who can't study normally after re-examination, or who are found to have fraudulent behavior during physical examination, shall be dealt with according to relevant regulations.
Article 17? The tuition fees for freshmen of Alashan Vocational and Technical College shall be implemented according to the standards approved by the price department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and shall be announced by the competent education department of the Autonomous Region.

Article 19 The enrollment plans of schools in all provinces and autonomous regions shall be subject to those published by the admissions offices of all provinces and autonomous regions.
Article 20? In case of any conflict between the Articles of Association and national laws, regulations and superior policies, the latter shall prevail. The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by Alashan Vocational and Technical College.
