Applications for academic degree certificates from Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan Province Province or foreign institutions of higher learning must be certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education (www.cscse.edu.cn). (2) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:

Those who have obtained Class A legal professional qualification certificates may not sign up for the 2020 legal professional qualification examination.

(6) The valid graduation certificate for enrolling in the national unified legal qualification examination in 2020 is:
1. Graduation certificates issued by adult institutions of higher learning and ordinary institutions of higher learning (including scientific research institutions that train graduate students) approved by the education administrative department of the State Council;
