1. The applicant can apply for the manufacturer identification code at the local coding branch, and provide the business license of the enterprise as a legal person or three copies thereof. (It shall be kept on file by China Article Coding Center, the coding branch of the applicant and the enterprise of the applicant).

2. Fill in the Registration Form for Members of China Commodity Bar Code System, which can be directly filled in online. (Note: If you fill in the application form online, you need to print and stamp it, and then submit it to the local coding branch office. )

3. For group companies, please fill in the basic information form of subsidiaries of group companies.

4. After the local coding branch examines the applicant's application materials, the qualified materials shall be signed by the coding branch and submitted to China Article Coding Center (hereinafter referred to as the coding center) for approval.

5. After receiving the application materials that have passed the preliminary examination and the fees paid by the applicant (see table 1), the coding center will approve the registered manufacturer identification code to the applicant and complete the examination and approval procedures.

6. The applicant receives the membership certificate of China Commodity Bar Code System, and the application is over.
