-The total amount of roads is still insufficient. By the end of the Tenth Five-Year Plan, the density of highways in our city had reached 60.6 km/100 square kilometers, but the average number of highways per 10,000 people was only 8.7 km, which was higher than the provincial average of 8 km, but far below the national average of 14 km. The total amount of highways is not suitable for the rapid development of the city's social economy, especially for the needs of building a regional central city in northern Henan.

-The hierarchical structure of trunk highway network needs to be further improved. By the end of the Tenth Five-Year Plan, there are still 49 kilometers of Grade III, Grade IV and contour roads in our city's trunk highway network that need to be improved urgently.

-The task of rural highway construction is still arduous. After years of hard work, the city has basically realized the oil roads connecting villages, highways connecting villages and oil roads connecting administrative villages in plain areas. However, due to the low traffic standards in the early days, vehicles bypassed rural roads, drainage facilities were not perfect, and some sections were seriously damaged. For the new access standards and requirements (expressway Tongda Village Committee or School), there are still quite a few sections in the city that need to be improved and perfected. Generally speaking, the present situation of rural roads still does not meet the needs of rural social development.

-The infrastructure of rural passenger (cargo) transportation is weak and the level of networking is low. There are few passenger buses in rural areas, and the construction of station facilities has just started. Although the problems of farmers' difficulty in traveling by bus and transporting grain have been alleviated, they are still outstanding in some mountainous and remote areas.

Second, the situation faced by highway development during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period.

"Eleventh Five-Year Plan" is a crucial period for building a well-off society in an all-round way. Highway traffic is the main mode of transportation in Anyang and plays an important role in the development of the national economy of the city. (1) Anyang section of Ashen Expressway

It is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in 2006.

(3) Jiyuan to Dongming expressway Anyang Section

The Anyang section from Xinxiang to Changyuan in expressway, Jidong is14.3km long, and the estimated investment is about 41000000 yuan. 2. National highways and provincial highways

Before 2020, our city plans to build eight first-class highways with four vertical lines, three horizontal lines and one radial line, with a total construction scale of 6 16 km and an estimated investment of 9.25 billion yuan. Among them, the Eleventh Five-Year Plan plans to start construction of four first-class highways with two vertical and two horizontal lines, with a construction mileage of 3 17 km and an estimated investment of 4.76 billion yuan. ① National Highway 107 Anyang Border Reconstruction Project of Beijing-Shenzhen Line.

Rebuild National Highway 107, and build a fast-track connecting Baizhuang, Tangyin Satellite City and Yigou Town, a key provincial town, to serve Tangyin Station of Changtai Railway. It starts at the junction of Anyang County and Hebei Province, passes through Baizhuang Town, passes through Anyang City and tangyin county, and ends at the junction of Yigou Town and Hebi, a provincial key town, with a total length of 62 kilometers and an estimated investment of 930 million yuan.

Rebuild provincial highway 30 1 Dalin line, build a fast-track connecting Bai Bi and Shui Ye, and serve Anyang Station of Beijing-Zhengzhou Passenger Dedicated Line. The starting point of the project is located in Bai Bi Town, Anyang County, west of downtown and Qugou Town, and ends in Shui Ye Town, Anyang County, with a total length of 50 kilometers and an estimated investment of 750 million yuan.

(3) Anyang Border Reconstruction Project of Southeast Line of Provincial Highway 228.

Rebuild the southeast line of provincial highway 228 to form a large north-south traffic channel in Linzhou to serve Linzhou red tourism. The project starts at the junction of Linzhou City and Shanxi Province, passes through Rencun Town, Yaocun Town, Cheng Jiao Township, Hejian Town, Yuankang Town and Chadian Township, and ends at the junction of Qi Lin Town and Xinxiang in Linzhou City, with a total length of 90 kilometers and an estimated investment of 65.438+0.35 billion yuan.

④ Anyang border reconstruction project of provincial highway 302 Gezui line.

This project is a horizontal main road in the middle of our city, which solves the problem of quick connection between east and west at the Tangyin exit of Anxin expressway. It starts at the junction of Neihuang County and Puyang City, passes through Dongzhuang Town, Gaodi Township, Guren Town, Caiyuan Town and Han Zhuang Township of Neihuang County, connects Dongyao Town and Guilin Town of Linzhou City through Hebi City, and ends at the junction of Hejian Town and Shanxi Province, with a total length of 1 15 km.

Completely eliminate the wide roads, narrow bridges, broken roads and low-grade roads of trunk roads in our city.

(1) National Highway 107 to the new project in Yaocun, Linzhou

The project is a resource road to serve the industrial development in the west, focusing on solving the traffic problems in Anyang Copper Metallurgical Industrial Zone and Lingyang Development Zone in Linzhou City, and playing a link role for the logistics transfer of Changtai Railway. The starting point of the project is located at the bend of National Highway 107 North Ring Road, passing through Linzhou Copper and Metallurgical Industrial Zone and Lingyang Development Zone in the west, and ending at the intersection of Yaocun Town, a provincial key town, and the southeast line of Provincial Highway 228. The total length is about 60 kilometers, and the estimated investment is 240 million yuan. It is planned to start construction in 2006.

② Reconstruction project from Yang Xiaokong Village to Southern Song Dynasty Forest Section of Provincial Highway 307.

This project serves the development of Wagangzhai tourist area, and at the same time solves the east-west passage of the exit of Cizhouzhai in Ashen, expressway. It starts in Kongcun Village, Laomiao Township, hua county, passes through Gaoping Town, Cizhouzhai Township, Wagangzhai Township and Jiaohu Township to the west, and ends in Songnanlin Village, Niutun Town. ③ Reconstruction Project of Wuling-Gangxi Section of Huhe Line of 303 Provincial Highway

This project is the second phase of Anyang border reconstruction project on Hohhot-Hohhot line, and the first phase of Neihuang border project was completed in 2005. The project starts from Wuling Town, tangyin county, passes through Caiyuan Town and Gaozhuang Township, passes through Anyang City and Longquan Town, and ends at the junction of Anyang and Hebi.
