Can the contact person and check-in person who booked the hotel check-in information be different from the actual check-in person?

If the hotel has no special regulations, it is ok that the guest name in the order is different from the actual guest name.

When you check in at the hotel, you should provide that person's name on the order form. After the hotel finds the order, you should show the valid ID of the actual guest.

1. You can make a reservation for others with your own card/name, but you need to fill in the name of the actual check-in.

2. Modify the order, and use the "Modify Reservation Content" function to modify the check-in date, number of rooms, check-in situation and other information of the order.
