The village Committee records the income and expenditure of funds with the cash account book provided by the town. After the village account is managed by the town, the village committee cadres charge the villagers with the receipt printed by the town government, and all the money collected is handed over to the management account of the town agricultural economic station to reassure the masses. The standardization of village-level collective fund revenue and expenditure management also effectively ensures that all policies to reduce farmers' burden are truly implemented.
