You must control your temper. Whether the team members don't finish the work on time or the customers are always changing, there is no reason to lose your temper, especially in front of the team members.

If you are not calm enough, you may make a wrong decision at random. The consequences of a wrong decision are often very serious, which may lead to rework and project failure. Never ask your superiors to help you find a way. This is a mistake that many people easily make. For example, when the project lacks resources and needs to apply for resources, don't directly tell the leader that the resource shortage is over.
